Leaving Route Rome 309 go direction to Sottomarina. At the big “Welcome Circle” take third exit (Center, Hospital or Via Madonna Marina), after 500 meters in the left side there is a gas station and then Via Laguna.

At the end, just in front of the Lagoon there is our Bed and Breakfast.
